The photosensitive resin composition contains a (A) binder polymer, (B) cross-linked polymer particles, (C) thermosetting resin, (D) photo-polymerization initiator, and a (E) phosphoric flame retardant, in which a content of the (B) cross-linked polymer particles is 30 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight with respect to the 100 parts by weight of the (A) binder polymer, and an average particle diameter of the (B) cross-linked polymer particles is 1 μm to 10 μm. Therefore, the photosensitive resin composition (i) obtains an excellent tack-free property after being applied and dried, (ii) can be subjected to fine processing, (iii) is formed into a cured film having excellent flexibility, flame retardancy, and electrical insulation reliability, and (iv) causes a substrate to have a small warpage after being cured.

A glycidyl compound having the formula (I):

A thermoplastic resin composition which comprises: (A) 1 to 100 parts by weight of a modified polyolefin having one glycidylic structural unit represented by general formula (I) wherein Ar represents a C₆ to C₂₃ aromatic hydrocarbon group having at least one glycidyloxy group and R represents hydrogen or methyl, for every 2 to 1,000 repeating olefin units, and (B) 100 parts by weight of a polyester. It gives a molded article with excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance and good surface properties, because a strong affinity exists at the boundary between the polyolefin and the polyester.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein positiv oder negativ arbeitendes strahlungsempfindliches Gemisch und ein damit hergestelltes Aufzeichnungsmaterial mit einem Träger und einer Schicht aus diesem Gemisch. Das Gemisch ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als IR-absorbierende Komponente ein Rußpigment mit einer Primärteilchengröße von weniger als 80 nm umfasst, wobei das Rußpigment vordispergiert ist in einem Polymer, das acide Einheiten mit einem pKS-Wert von kleiner als 13 enthält. Die strahlungsempfindliche Komponente ist bevorzugt ein Ester aus einer 1,2-Naphthochinon-2-diazid-4- oder -5-sulfonsäure und einer Verbindung mit mindestens einer, bevorzugt 3 bis 6, phenolischen Hydroxygruppe(n). Das Aufzeichnungsmaterial lässt sich nach der bildmäßigen Bestrahlung problemlos mit einer wässrig-alkalischen Lösung entwickeln, ohne dass dabei Reste der Schicht in den löslich gewordenen bzw. löslich gebliebenen Bereichen zurückbleiben.
