制备方法与用途

化学性质
这是一种棕色粉末。它易溶于水，呈黄光棕色；微溶于乙醇和乙二醇乙醚；不溶于丙酮、苯、四氯化碳。在浓硫酸中呈现棕色，在稀释后转为红光棕色。在浓硝酸中则形成橙色溶液并转变为黄色。其水溶液加入盐酸无变化，但加10%氢氧化钠会产生橙色沉淀。

用途
碱性棕可用于棉、羊毛、蚕丝、黏胶纤维和腈纶纤维的染色，尽管日晒牢度稍差，均为1-2级。此外，它也可用于皮革、纸张及竹木的染色，并可用于制造色淀。

生产方法
以间苯二胺为主要原料，首先将1摩尔间苯二胺在低温下用NaNO2和HCl双重氮化，得到间苯二胺双重氮盐，再与2摩尔间苯二胺偶合，经盐析、过滤、干燥后获得成品。
