The aim of this process consists of bioconversion of several carbohydrates in the presence immobilized pyranose oxidase and catalase for production of corresponding keto sugars by using compressed air at high pressure with high productivity. Several carbohydrates can be used for bioconversion into their corresponding keto sugars in the presence of pyranose oxidase such as D-glucose, 1-deoxy- D- glucose, 3-deoxy-D-glucose, D- allose, D- galactose, D-xylose, L-sorbose, sucrose and maltose.
该工艺的目的是在固定化吡喃糖氧化酶和过氧化氢酶的作用下,利用高压压缩空气将几种碳水化合物进行生物转化,生产出相应的酮糖,从而实现高生产率。在吡喃糖氧化酶的作用下,可将多种碳水化合物生物转化为相应的酮糖,如 D-葡萄糖、1-脱氧-D-葡萄糖、3-脱氧-D-葡萄糖、D-阿洛糖、D-半乳糖、D-木糖、L-山梨糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖。
