  The novel macrocyclic biflavonoid bartramiaflavone, which consists of two equilibrating cyclo-oxo tautomers has been isolated from Bartramia pomiformis. It is easily dehydrated to anhydro-bartramiaflavone, a doubly linked biluteolin. The structures of the compounds were elucidated spectroscopically.
