  （R）-苯基甘氨醇被证明是通过环氧化物开环反应合成纯非对映体形式的手性氨基二醇的有效构件。与外消旋-二苯乙烯氧化物的反应得到[HOCH（2）-（R）-PhCH] NH [（S）-PhCH-（R）-PhCHOH] [2（R）-3（R）-4（S ）-HNO（2）H（2）]，产率为32％，可以在氮气中甲基化，得到对映体纯的[HOCH（2）-（R）-PhCH] NCH（3）[（S）-PhCH-（ R）-PhCHOH] [2（R）-3（R）-4（S）-MeNO（2）H（2）]。这些氨基二醇配体已用于制备分子式为N（R）-2（R）-3（R）-4（S）-（HNO（2））MoO（2）（1）和N的手性二氧钼烯复合物（R）-2（R）-3（R）-4（S）-（MeNO（2））MoO（2）（2）。Mo（VI）配合物中每个立体中心的绝对构型已通过（1）H NOESY光谱学确定。通过X射线分析确认了确定为1的构型。水晶

  Abstract The convenient cleavage of symmetrical and unsymmetrical epoxides with either aromatic or aliphatic amine under solvent free conditions is reported. The reactions were carried out in a sealed ampoule at 90°C to give regioselectively the corresponding β‐amino alcohol in one pot in high yields.
