  摘要 四（2-噻吩基）甲烷的改进合成，其中芳香亲核取代是引入第四个 2-噻吩基的关键反应，因此，三（2-噻吩基）甲基阴离子与2-氟-5-氰基噻吩顺利地以良好的产率得到（5-氰基-2-噻吩基）-三（2-噻吩基）甲烷。氰基碱水解为羧酸，然后在 180°C 下在氧化铜（I）存在下在喹啉中脱羧，得到母体四（2-噻吩基）甲烷，总产率为 50%。
