The invention provides bifunctional compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Formula (I). The compounds cause the degradation of SMARCA2 via the targeted ubiquination of SMARCA2 protein and subsequent proteasomal degradation and are thus useful for the treatment of cancer. The targeting ligand is of formula (TL).

A series of thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives of formula (I) or an N-oxide thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof: (I) Q represents a group of formula (Qa), (Qb), (Qc), (Qd) or (Qe) are beneficial in the treatment and/or prevention of various human ailments, including inflammatory, autoimmune and oncological disorders; viral diseases; and organ and cell transplant rejection.
Compounds of formula (IA) and formula (IB), which are useful as inhibitors of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase and/or tryptophan dioxygenase, are provided. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions, kits comprising said compounds, and methods and uses pertaining to said compounds.
The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) shown below: wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each as defined in the application. The present invention also relates to processes for the preparation of these compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to their use in the treatment of diseases or conditions in which adenosine A2a and/or A2b receptor activity is implicated, such as, for example, cancer.
