  本发明提供了一种尿嘧啶的绿色生产工艺，包括以下步骤：1）以硫代尿嘧啶为原料，加入水，还加入卤化物或者磺酸化物，加热过夜，降温，过滤干燥，得到高纯度尿嘧啶；2）步骤1）过滤所得母液继续加入硫代尿嘧啶，加热，循环上述操作。本发明具有如下技术效果：反应母液和物料可以套用，且收率及纯度不受影响，是一个绿色环保工艺。可以得到高纯度尿嘧啶，即HPLC检测纯度在95%以上，甚至98%以上的尿嘧啶。
