    Preparation and29Si NMR spectroscopical investigations of (diethylamino)-methylchlorotetra- and pentasilanes
    摘要:
    The treatment of several branched methylchlorooligosilanes (Si-4, Si-5) with diethylamine leads to a partial or complete substitution of the chloro substituents for diethylamino groups under formation of the first known (diethylamino)-methylchlorooligosilanes containing more than two Si atoms. The condensation of (Et2N)(2)MeSi-SiMeCl(NEt2) (1d) with Li in THF yields the linear tetrasilane (Et2N)(2)MeSi-SiMe(NEt2)-SiMe(NEt2)-SiMe(Et2N)(2) (2a).The NMR investigations provided information of the general shift ranges of several Si units in (diethylamino)-methylchlorooligosilane systems as well as the number of stereoisomers of the prepared products.

    The new olefinic substituted aminodisilanes, which are obtained from the reaction of organometallic reagents with aminochlorodisilanes, are converted into the chlorodisilanes by equilibration reactions or treatment with HCl. The resulting olefinic functionalized disilanes are identified by means of Si-29, C-13, H-1 NMR and GC MS measurements. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
