摘要 从相同的起始原料 2-氨基-4,5-合成 3-(芳基)-8,9-二苯基呋喃 [3,2-e][1,2,4] 三唑并嘧啶衍生物的新途径二苯基呋喃-3-腈,是通过相应的亚芳基-腙-5,6-二苯基呋喃[2,3-d]嘧啶和N-(芳基亚甲基)-4-亚氨基-5,6-二苯基呋喃[2, 3-d]嘧啶-3(4H)-胺在回流条件下与乙酸酐一起进行空气氧化。产物收率良好,后处理简单,并通过非色谱法纯化产物。这种通用的合成程序可以扩展到使用 2-氨基 3-腈双官能衍生物制备各种异构三唑。图形概要
