Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing
contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Eye contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate
flushing of the eyes by separating the eyelids with fingers. If irritation persists, seek medical
attention.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. In severe cases or if symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

制备方法与用途

性质

4-氨基氮杂环庚烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯在常温常压下为淡灰色油状液体。

用途

4-氨基氮杂环庚烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯可以用作医药化学和有机合成中间体。在合成过程中,氨基基团可以转化为叠氮基团,并通过叠氮进行后续衍生化;未被Boc保护的氨基基团具有一定的亲核性,能够与烷基溴化物、酰氯等化合物反应,实现烷基化或酰基化。

制备方法

将3.25克(0.33毫摩尔)(R)-4-(苄氧羰基氨基)氮杂环庚烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯溶解在100毫升甲醇中,加入1克10%Pd/C,在室温下和一个大气压的氢气作用下搅拌1.5小时。混合物经硅藻土过滤并减压除去溶剂后,得到化合物(R)-4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰氨基)氮杂环庚烷-1-甲酸叔丁酯(2克,产率100%),为淡灰色油状液体。
