将3.25克（0.33毫摩尔）(R)-4-(苄氧羰基氨基)氮杂环庚烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯溶解在100毫升甲醇中，加入1克10%Pd/C，在室温下和一个大气压的氢气作用下搅拌1.5小时。混合物经硅藻土过滤并减压除去溶剂后，得到化合物(R)-4-(2,2,2-三氟乙酰氨基)氮杂环庚烷-1-甲酸叔丁酯（2克，产率100%），为淡灰色油状液体。
