β-amino alcohols were synthesized at room temperature employing microporous MCM-22 zeolite as catalyst in an eco-friendly manner without using solvent. The zeolite MCM-22 showed promising activity for the conversion of primary and secondary amines into β-amino alcohols under mild reaction conditions. The catalytic activity remains intact for three recycles.
Described herein are compounds that are estrogen receptor modulators. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments that include the compounds described herein, as well methods of using such estrogen receptor modulators, alone and in combination with other compounds, for treating diseases or conditions that are mediated or dependent upon estrogen receptors.
A tetranuclear Zn complex was immobilized into functionalized HUS-7, which showed excellent catalytic performance in two different epoxide ring opening reactions.
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a kit and a method for treating cancer, comprising a sulfonamide compound in combination with a substance having an EGF inhibitory activity.
electronegativity (χ) and electrophilicity index (ω) were calculated from the HOMO-LUMO energy gap. After thorough characterization the Zn complex was incorporated to the sulfopropylsilylated ordered mesoporous silica materials via post-synthesis modification. The synthesized catalysts were characterized by powder XRD, BET, FT-IR, SEM, TGA, NMR, ICP etc., to confirm the structural integrity, presence of additional
