    The present invention provides a benzoate salt of Formula I: Formula I is also known as 4-(5-methyloxazolo[4,5-b]pyridine-2-yl)-1,4-diazabicyclo[3.2.2]nonane. The benzoate salt of the invention is useful in the treatment of schizophrenia and Alzheimer's Disease.
