A route towards the synthesis of N,O‐functionalized silicon‐stereogenic organosilanes with excellent optical purities has been developed. Investigations into the stereoconvergence and configurational stability of an aminomethoxysilane suggest a kinetically controlled multistep substitution mechanism.
