  The present invention relates to derivatives of 4-cyclohexyl-1-naphthalene-acetic acid of formula ##STR1## wherein R is a lower alkyl group and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and derivatives thereof the invention also relates to pharmaceutic compositions containing such derivatives. These derivatives are useful as drugs, notably for the treatment of inflammatory syndromes.
