  The present invention relates to a compound selected from the compounds of the formula: ##STR1## in which: R.sup.1 is selected from hydrogen and C.sub.1-4 alkyl, R is selected from C.sub.1-6 alkyl, benzyl and phenyl, Ar is selected from phenyl, phenyl monosubstituted with a group selected from C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy and halogen, phenyl polysubstituted with groups selected from C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy and halogen, naphthyl, naphthyl monosubstituted with a group selected from C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy and halogen, naphthyl polysubstituted with groups selected from C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy and halogen, thienyl, furyl and pyrrolyl and > Z represents a carbonyl group, a group of the formula >C.dbd.NOH or an alcoholic group >CHOH and the salts of acids of formula (I) with physiologically acceptable bases.
