  本发明提供一种基于氰尿酸的卤胺类抗菌剂及其合成方法和应用。该抗菌剂为式（Ⅰ）或式（Ⅱ）所示结构的化合物，合成方法：以氯代醇和氰尿酸（或其衍生物）为合成原料，于10～40℃下反应8～10h，过滤除杂，得到式（Ⅲ）或式（Ⅳ）所示结构的卤胺类抗菌剂前驱体，最后经卤化反应得到卤胺类抗菌剂成品；在制备抗菌材料中的应用：将卤胺类抗菌剂前驱体和交联剂配制成工作液对待处理材料进行整理，取出并烘干，于100～180℃高温处理3～30min，卤化后制得抗菌材料。本发明方法反应条件温和、工艺简单、原料廉价易得，由该法合成的卤胺类抗菌剂及其前驱体均水溶性良好、收率高、绿色无毒，可制得具有优异抗菌性能的抗菌材料。
