  The physical and spectroscopic data of (R)-2-[N-(1-phenylethyl)amino]-1-cyclopentenedithiocarboxylic acid are reviewed and the synthesis of (R)-di-[2(N-(1-phenylethyl)amino]-1-cyclopentenedithiocarboxylic acid disulfide is described.
