制备方法与用途

近年来,双氟磺酰亚胺钾在熔盐电池、硬涂膜、导电膜以及抗静电粘结剂上的应用引起了广泛关注。

制备方法 1. 双氯磺酰亚胺的制备

在1000mL反应瓶中,加入478.6g氯磺酸和2.1g NiCl₂,开启搅拌后,升温至105~115℃。随后滴加679.2g氯磺酰异氰酸酯。滴加完毕后,逐步升温至130~140℃,继续搅拌反应20小时。减压蒸馏收集到稳定馏分738g,收率83.9%。产品为白色固体,熔点约为36℃。

2. 双氟磺酰亚胺钾盐的制备

在500mL反应瓶中,加入220g乙酸乙酯和69.1g K₂CO₃,控温至20~30℃。搅拌下滴加90.6g HFSI(实施例2制备)。继续在20~30℃下搅拌反应4小时后,过滤滤液减压脱溶浓缩。当瓶内固含量超过50%时,向浓缩物中加入450g二氯甲烷,经过滤、干燥处理后得产品105.1g,收率95.9%。该产品为白色固体,熔点范围为98-100℃。
