  A 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxalinedione derivative represented by the following formula (I) or salt thereof, an NMDA-glycine receptor and/or AMPA receptor antagonist or kainic acid neurotoxicity inhibitor containing the derivative or salt.
