  摘要：

  描述了通过与苯甲腈（＝ 1,2-二苯基乙烷-1，2-二酮；3）反应选择性合成4-甲基硫代氨基脲（＝N-甲基肼甲硫酰胺；4a）衍生物。反应条件确定形成的缩合产物。最重要的因素是所用的酸：在浓盐酸存在下。在HCl溶液中，仅获得了2∶1的开链化合物1a，而在2M HCl的存在下，形成了环状的1：1缩合产物2a。使用的酒精，H 2 O的存在以及加热时间是其他关键因素。新的环状化合物2a在高稀释条件下工作时，MeO基团是唯一形成的。与4-苯基衍生物4b的反应在所有使用的条件下（方案）提供了新的环状化合物作为主要产物。
