    摘要:
    为了研究分子主链上支链的数目对薄膜形态及其存储器件性能的影响,我们成功地合成了三个共轭的小分子,它们包含三苯胺和苯并噻唑部分(TPA- n BBT,n = 1,2, 3)并研究了他们的记忆表现。对于具有ITO /分子/ Al三明治结构的三个基于化合物的设备,可以实现二进制静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)的特性。基于TPA-3BBT的设备在最低的阈值电压和最佳的热稳定性方面表现出最佳的器件性能,这与温度不敏感的薄膜形态和薄膜结晶度有关。我们的结果表明,增加D–A共轭分子中的支链数量以调节膜的形态和分子间的积累可能是提高器件稳定性和性能的有效策略。
