A simple method has been developed for the synthesis of [(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)(phenyl)methyl]propanedinitriles and 6-amino-4-aryl-3-methyl-2,4-dihydro pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole-5-carbonitrile derivatives through a one-pot four-component condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, ethyl acetoacetate and hydrazine hydrate using ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles under solvent-free conditions
已开发出一种合成 [(5-羟基-3-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基)(苯基)甲基]丙二腈和 6-氨基-4-芳基-3-甲基-2,4 的简单方法-二氢吡喃并[2,3-c]吡唑-5-甲腈衍生物,在无溶剂条件下,使用ZnFe2O4纳米颗粒,通过芳香醛、丙二腈、乙酰乙酸乙酯和水合肼的一锅四组分缩合反应。这具有收率高、反应时间短、后处理简单和环境友好等优点。
