  摘要：

  17个β-（2-氨基恶唑-4-基）类固醇的杂环部分对过氧化氢的氧化作用敏感，并且主要从氨基-恶唑环的打开产生产物。与简单的2-氨基恶唑不同，它不会重排为2-咪唑啉酮，也未检测到预期的甾体氢过氧咪唑烷酮。在我们分离出的物质中，N-（氨基羰基）-17α-羟基-17-羧酰胺（2a）和（3a）在反应条件下进行自环化，得到甾体17-螺氧杂唑烷二酮（2d）和（3d）。在强碱性介质中，高产率地由（2a）合成了Spirane（2d）。
