reacting a nucleophile of formula R1NHR2 with a chiral compound of formula (II),
in the form of a racemate,
wherein R1, R2, X, Y, T and U are defined as above,
in the presence of a rhodium-based catalytic system which comprises a chiral diphosphine ligand.
