  (EN) The present invention relates to novel N-substituted azaheterocyclic compounds of general formula (I) wherein X, Z, R1, R2 and r are as defined in the detailed part of the present description, or salts thereof, to methods for their preparation, to compositions containing them, and to their use for the clinical treatment of painful, hyperalgesic and/or inflammatory conditions in which C-fibers play a pathophysiological role by eliciting neurogenic pain or inflammation, as well as their use for treatment of indications caused by or related to the secretion and circulation of insulin antagonising peptides, e.g. non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and ageing-associated obesity.(FR) La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés azahétérocycliques N substitués de formule générale (I), dans laquelle X, Z, R1, R2 et r sont tels que définis dans la partie détaillée de la présente description, ou leurs sels, leurs procédés de préparation, des composés les renfermant, et leur utilisation pour le traitement clinique d'états douloureux, hyperalgésiques et/ou inflammatoires dans lesquels les fibres C jouent un rôle physiopathologique en déclenchant des douleurs ou des inflammations neurogènes, ainsi que leur utilisation pour le traitement de pathologies causées par la sécrétion ou la circulation de peptides ayant un effet antagoniste sur l'insuline, ou liées à celle-ci, par exemple le diabète sucré non insulinodépendant (NIDDM) et l'obésité associée au vieillissement.
