  (EN) This invention relates to compounds having: (A) a bisphosphonic acid endgroup; (B) an azetidine- or hexamethylenimine-derived azacyclic endgroup; and (C) an alkyl and/or aryl group linking the bisphosphonic acid and azacyclic groups through the nitrogen atom of the azacyclic group. These compounds are useful as agents for regulating the metabolism of polyvalent ions, particularly calcium. This invention relates also to pharmaceutical compositions including said compounds and to methods of treating conditions for which said metabolism is involved by using said compounds.(FR) L'invention se rapporte à des composés comprenant: (A) un groupe terminal d'acide bisphosphonique, (B) un groupe terminal azacyclique dérivé d'azétidine ou d'hexaméthylènimine; et (C) un groupe alkyle/ou aryle reliant le groupe d'acide bisphosphonique et le groupe azacyclique entre eux par l'intermédiaire de l'atome d'azote du groupe azacyclique. Ces composés sont utiles comme agents régulateurs du métabolisme d'ions polyvalents, en particulier du calcium.
