NMR and Quantum-Chemical Studies of Electrostatically Stabilized 1-(<i>N</i>,<i>N</i>-Substituted-aminiomethyl)spirobi[3-oxo(2,5-dioxa-1-silacyclopentan)]ates (ES-Silanates)
X-ray, and quantum-chemical methods. The free activation parameters for the inversion of “ammonium-amine nitrogen” and the chirality change at the pentacoordinated silicon were determined by dynamic NMR spectroscopy. The latter proceeds via the dissociation of SiO bonds. The results were confirmed by quantum-chemical calculations, the experimental observation of cross-peaks in 2D-EXSY NMR spectra, and

The present invention discloses an α-silane coupling agent and application thereof. The α-silane coupling agent has a structure formula of formula (I):
R
1
is alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R
2
is alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R
3
is alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R
4
or R
5
is selected from one of hydrogen, alkyl with 1 to 18 carbon atoms, aryl, benzyl, ester-containing group, carbamido-containing group or heterocyclic alkane; R
4
and R
5
are the same or different. The α-silane coupling agent is applied to silicone rubber, which can be cured without adding a catalyst, and the curing speed is fast; the α-silane coupling agent has strong reactivity, the surface curing time is less than 2 minutes; and the α-silane coupling agent has good stability, which can be stored stably under conditions at room temperature for 6 months, and does not easily turn yellow.
In the preparation of aminoorganylsilanes and cyclic aminosilanes by reaction of an organyl amine with a haloorganylsilane, the byproduct halide salt of the amine reactant is decomposed to amine by addition of a base whose halide salt forms a liquid phase at a temperature below 200° C., and the liquid base halide is separated from the reaction mixture.

A method of chloroalkylalkoxysilanes synthesis scalable to pilot production has been proposed. Morpholinotrialkoxysilanes have been prepared and studied as vulcanizing agents for low-molecular silicone rubbers. The reaction of N-morpholinomethyltrialkoxysilanes with triethanolamine has afforded N-[(silatranyl)methyl]morpholine; it has been studied by X-ray analysis.
