制备方法与用途

化学性质
白色至浅棕色片状结晶。熔点为125-126℃(分解)。能溶于水和甲醇,不溶于乙醚。

用途
是一种灵敏的试剂,用于测定铜、铁的存在。

生产方法
将137克1-硝基萘溶解在4235毫升95%乙醇中,冷却至0℃,通入氨气直至溶液饱和,再通入硫化氢气体,直至充满黄色硫化铵晶体。冷却后放置24小时,然后倾入大量冷水,滤出白色1-萘羟胺沉淀物。将沉淀物溶解在1500毫升乙醚中,并用水萃取,分出水层。在冷却下向乙醚溶液中通入氨气,同时滴加亚硝酸丁酯(每100克1-萘羟胺需用65克亚硝酸丁酯)。反应完成后,抽滤并用乙醚洗涤滤饼。将滤饼溶解于甲醇中,并加入乙醚以析出沉淀物,重复数次此过程,最终得到新铜铁灵纯品。

    Heating of an ethanolic solution containing N-aryl-N-nitrosohydroxylamine ammonium salts at 78 degrees C produced the desired azoxy compounds in 80-93% yields. Furthermore, irradiation with UV light (lambda greater than or equal to 300 nm) of ethanolic solutions of those ammonium salts at room temperature also provided the desired story compounds in 51-72% yields.
