生物活性

U-73343 是 U-73122 的无活性类似物，可用作阴性对照。U-73343 剂量依赖性地抑制酸分泌，与激动剂无关。U-73122 有效抑制磷脂酶 C (phospholipase C) 和 5-脂氧合酶 (5-LO)，其对磷脂酶 C 的 IC50 值约为 1-2.1 µM。

体外研究

U73343 具有强烈抑制酸分泌的作用，但不对 K+ -pNPPase 或 H+ ,K+ -ATPase 活性产生抑制作用。在胃腺中，U73343 剂量依赖性地抑制组胺 (Hist)、乙酰胆碱 (CCh) 和 dbcAMP 刺激的氨基吡林积累。
