Direct preparation of substituted olefins from epoxides utilizing lithium tetraalkylcerate

Alkylated olefins were directly synthesized in good yields by the deoxygenation reaction of epoxides with concomitant introduction of the alkyl group using lithium tetraalkylcerate. Styreneoxide and (1-naphthyl)ethyleneoxide gave terminal olefins, while ethyleneoxide replaced by aliphatic substituent, 1,2-epoxy-4-phenyl butane, afforded internal olefin. 通过环氧化物的脱氧反应并同时使用四烷基铈酸锂引入烷基,可以高收率直接合成烷基化烯烃。苯乙烯氧化物和(1-萘基)环氧乙烷产生末端烯烃,而环氧乙烷被脂肪族取代基1,2-环氧-4-苯基丁烷代替,得到内烯烃。本方法的实用性在倍半萜烯,脱氢-α-姜黄素的一步合成中得到了证明。
