The present invention relates to a pesticide solid nanodispersion and its preparation method. The said pesticide solid nanodispersion is composed of 0.001-90 parts by weight of pesticide, 0.001-50 parts by weight of surfactants and 5-99.9 parts by weight of water-soluble carriers. The said pesticide is one or more pesticide(s) selected from poorly water-soluble insecticides, fungicides, herbicides or plant growth regulators; the particle size of the said solid nanodispersion is less than 1µm. Compared with the prior art, the pesticide of the present invention has smaller particle size, more uniform dispersibility and better coating effect of surfactants. The content of surfactants may be less than 1%, even less than 0.1%, and can maintain good dispersibility and stability as well. The method of the present invention can eliminate the usage of the organic solvent and significantly save production cost. It not only can decrease the usage of pesticides by the way of improving the effective utilization, but also can significantly reduce residues of the pesticide, harmful solvents and additives in the agricultural products and environmental pollution, to ensure security of grain, food and ecology.
本发明涉及一种农药固体纳米分散体及其制备方法。所述农药固体纳米分散体由 0.001-90 重量份的农药、0.001-50 重量份的表面活性剂和 5-99.9 重量份的水溶性载体组成。所述农药为一种或多种农药,选自水溶性差的杀虫剂、杀菌剂、除草剂或植物生长调节剂;所述固体纳米分散体的粒径小于 1µm。与现有技术相比,本发明的杀虫剂粒径更小,分散性更均匀,表面活性剂的包覆效果更好。表面活性剂的含量可以小于 1%,甚至小于 0.1%,也能保持良好的分散性和稳定性。本发明的方法可以省去有机溶剂的使用,大大节约生产成本。它不仅可以通过提高有效利用率的方式减少农药的使用量,还可以显著减少农产品中农药、有害溶剂和助剂的残留及环境污染,确保粮食、食品和生态安全。
