  Photoreaction of diaminosubstituted-phosphiteborane, BH3P(NMeCH2)(2)(OMe) with a methyl molybdenum complex, (eta(5)-C5R5)-Mo(CO)(3)Me (R-5 = Me-5, Me4H, H-5) yielded a phosphiteboryl molybdenum complex, (eta(5)-C5R5)Mo(CO)(3)BH2{P(NMeCH2)(2)(OMe)} (R-5 = Me-5: 2, Me4H: 3, H-5: 4). In the reaction of 2 with MeI, the Mo-B bond was activated to give (eta(5)-C5Me5)Mo(CO)(3)Me, in the reaction with PMe3, the B-P bond was activated to give (eta(5)-C5Me5)Mo(CO)(3)(BH2PMe3). Complex 2 in solution was gradually converted into (eta(5)-C5Me5)MoH(CO)(2){P(NMeCH2)(2)(OMe)} (8) via the B-H bond activation of 2.   The photoreaction of Cp*Mo(CO)3Me in the presence of BH3·P(OMe)(NMeCH2)2 produced the phosphite−boryl Mo complex Cp*Mo(CO)3BH2·P(OMe)(NMeCH2)2}. The complex reacts with MeI and PMe3 with Mo−B and B−P bond cleavage, respectively, and is gradually converted in solution into Cp*Mo(CO)2(H)P(OMe)(NMeCH2)2} with B−H bond cleavage.

  Cp * Mo（CO）3 Me在BH 3 ·P（OMe）（NMeCH 2）2存在下的光反应产生亚磷酸酯-硼基Mo络合物Cp * Mo（CO）3 BH 2 ·P（OMe）（ NMeCH 2）2 }。该配合物分别通过Mo-B和B-P键断裂与MeI和PMe 3反应，并在溶液中逐渐转化为Cp * Mo（CO）2（H）P（OMe）（NMeCH 2）2 } B-H键断裂。
