    The present invention relates to imidazole, oxazole and thiazole derivatives of tumor-targeted drug combretastatin A4, and phosphate esters, sulfonate esters or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, glycoside derivatives, solvates thereof, wherein the A-ring comprises a 3,5-dimethoxyphenyl group having a substituent at the 4-position. The pharmacological activity assays have demonstrated that the compounds of the present invention have good in vitro anti-tumor activity and excellent tubulin inhibitory effect.

    A process for making a butenyl ester from butadiene by reacting butadiene or a hydrocarbon fraction containing butadiene with a saturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acid, wherein the catalyst is rhenium (VII) oxide or an organic sulphonic acid containing at least (2) sulphonic acid groups per molecule wherein the ratio of the number of carbon atoms to the number of sulphonic acid groups in the organic sulphonic acid is in the range 1 : 1 to 1 : 0.15. Preferred catalysts are organic disulphonic acids for example ethane-1,2-disulphonic acid. The process can be used for making unsaturated esters, or, by hydrogenation of the product, for making saturated esters such as for example butyl acetate. Catalyst can be purified and recycled to the reactor.

    Provided are a polycarbonate resin composition which does not contain halogen and phosphorus as a flame retardant component and which is excellent in a fluidity while maintaining a flame resistance, a heat resistance and an impact resistance and a molded article thereof. The polycarbonate resin composition comprises (A) 60 to 97 mass % of an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition and 3 to 40 mass % of (B) an acrylonitrile-styrene base resin having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 5 or more at 200° C. and a load of 5 kg, wherein it is blended with 0 to 37 mass parts of (C) an impact resistance-improving agent, 0 to 3 mass parts of (D) an organic alkali metal salt and/or an organic alkali earth metal salt, 0 to 3 mass parts of (E) a functional group-containing silicone compound, 0 to 55 mass parts of (F) an inorganic filler and 0 to 2 mass parts of (G) a polyfluoroolefin resin each per total 100 mass parts of (A) and (B).

    A polycarbonate resin composition, which exhibits not only an excellent balance among fluidity, rigidity, heat resistance, and impact resistance while maintaining flame retardance but also an excellent performance of recycling efficiency and a molded article thereof are provided. The polycarbonate resin composition contains a resin mixture of component (A) which is composed of (A-1) 10 to 100 mass % of an aromatic polycarbonate resin wherein dihydroxybiphenyl is used in a part of a divalent phenol as the raw material thereof and (A-2) 90 to 0 mass % of an aromatic polycarbonate resin other than the aromatic polycarbonate resin of component (A-1), and an amorphous styrene resin (B), in a mass ratio of component (A) to component (B) of 50:50 to 95:5. The molded article is an injection-molded article made of the polycarbonate resin composition.
