摘要目前的研究工作集中在空间和电子效应对含硫生物分子的细胞毒性Pt(II)配合物动力学和机理研究的影响,这对于了解该配合物的储药活性具有重要意义。为了评估载体配体对Pt(II)配合物取代动力学的空间和电子效应,已考虑使用2°和3°的二齿胺(DMEEDA)。已经合成并表征了Pt(II)-二氯配合物[Pt(DMEEDA)Cl2] 1及其水解形式[Pt(DMEEDA)(H2O)2](ClO4)2,2,其中DMEEDA代表N,N-二甲基-N'-乙基乙二胺,具有不同烷基取代基的二齿载体配体。已考虑在伪一级反应条件下,使用具有生物学重要性的细胞间硫醇1-半胱氨酸(l -cys)及其衍生物N-乙酰基-1-半胱氨酸(N-acl -cys)来对diaqua铂配合物2进行详细的动力学研究。在水性介质中的pH值为4.0。已分离并表征了产物配合物[Pt(DMEEDA)(1-cys)](ClO4)3和[Pt(DMEEDA)(N-ac-1-cys)]
