  A metallic composite in which a conjugated compound having a molecular weight of 200 or more is adsorbed to a metallic nanostructure having an aspect ratio of 1.5 or more, for example, a metallic composite in which a compound having a group represented by the formula (I): wherein Ar1 is an optionally substituted (n1+1) valent aromatic group; R1 is a direct bond or an (m1+1) valent group; X1 is a hetero atom-containing group; m1 and n1, which are the same as or different from each other, are an integer of 1 or more; when R1, X1 and m1 are plurally present, they each may be the same as or different from each other, or a repeating unit represented by the formula (II): wherein Ar2 is an optionally substituted (n2+2) valent aromatic group; R2 is a direct bond or an (m2+1) valent group; X2 is a hetero atom-containing group; m2 and n2, which are the same as or different from each other, are an integer of 1 or more; when R2, X2 and m2 are plurally present, they each may be the same as or different from each other, or both of them is adsorbed to a metallic nanostructure having an aspect ratio of 1.5 or more, is useful for electronic devices such as a light-emitting device, a solar cell and an organic transistor.
