The present invention relates to anthelmintic combinations comprising (1) an anthelmintic compound having the general formula (I)
wherein T is a bond and Y is N; orT is NR8 and Y is CH; X is O or S; R1 is CF3, OCF3, CN or NO2; R2 is H or CF3; R3 is NO2 or CN; R4 is CF3; R5 is H or (C1-3)alkyl; R6 optionally represents 1-4 methyl substituents; R7 is H or (C1-3)alkyl; R8 is H or (C1-3)alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and (2) an anthelmintic benzimidazole carbamate selected from fenbendazole, albendazole (oxide), mebendazole, oxfendazole, parbendazole, oxibendazole, flubendazole and triclabendazole, as well as to the use of said combinations in the treatment of parasitic infections in an animal.
