  (EN) A method and an apparatus for administering a metered dose of a drug through an oronasal passage for absorption on the mucous tissue without entry of the drug into the gastrointestinal tract of a patient includes introducing an aerosol of the drug into an expanded bag (50) and means (56 and 19) for communicating the drug with the oronasal passage of the patient, which bag otherwise is substantially impervious to the passage of air, collapsing the expanded bag while the means for communication with the oronasal passageway is in position to deliver the drug into the oronasal passage of the patient. The airbag provided has end caps (51 and 52), joined with a collapsible material (53), one of the end caps having an aperture (57) connected to the communicating means. (FR) Procédé et dispositif d'administration d'une dose mesurée d'un médicament au travers d'un passage oronasal de manière à permettre son absorption par les muqueuses sans que ce médicament pénètre dans les voies gastrointestinales d'un patient. Le procédé consiste à introduire un aérozol du médicament dans un sachet dilaté (50) et dans des organes (56 et 19) permettant de mettre en communication le médicament avec le passage oronasal du patient, lequel sachet est autrement étanche au passage de l'air, à comprimer le sachet dilaté tandis que l'organe de communication avec le passage oronasal se trouve dans une position lui permettant d'introduire le médicament dans le passage oronasal du patient. Le sachet d'air ci-décrit possède des couvercles d'extrémités (51 et 52), reliés par un matériau flexible (53), l'un des couvercles d'extrémités possédant une ouverture (57) reliée à l'organe de communication.
