Tertiary amines containingtertiaryalkyl or aryl groups were synthesized by the reaction of a ketone with an amine and 1,2,3-triazole followed by substitution of the triazole adduct with a Grignard reagent. Thus, 1,2,3-triazole serves as a safer and practical alternative to cyanide in the Bruylants reaction.
(EN) Novel arylcycloalkanepolyalkylamines useful as anti-psychotic, anti-ischemia, anti-stroke, anti-dementia and anti-convulsant agents. These arylcycloalkanepolyalkylamines are selective high-affinity ligands to the sigma binding-sites containing three basic units: arylcycloalkyl group, an amine group and an intermediate chain. Their preparation and use for treatment of psychoses, ischemia, stroke, dementia and convulsions are also disclosed.(FR) Nouvelles arylcycloalcanepolyalkylamines utiles comme agents anti-psychotiques, anti-ischémiques, anti-attaque, anti-démence et anti-convulsants. Ces arylcycloalcanepolyalkylamines constituent des ligands sélectifs à haute affinité pour des sites de liaison sigma contenant trois unités de base: un groupe arylcycloalkyle, un groupe amine et une chaîne intermédiaire. Leur préparation et leur utilisation dans le traitement de psychoses, d'ischémies, d'attaques, de démence et de convulsions sont aussi décrites.
