  摘要新的硫代酰胺2-氧代茚满-1-碳硫代酰胺和2-氧代-1,2,3,4-四氢萘-1-碳硫代酰胺经过共轭加成（E）-β-硝基苯乙烯类化合物，然后环化，得到含有螺环成环的2-茚满酮或2-四氢萘酮体系的5-羟基亚氨基-2-芳基噻吩环的产物。在沸腾的甲醇中用盐酸处理时，化合物进行新的重排，包括将2-芳基噻吩环转化为吡咯，并在羰基附近打开脂环的环，得到2-（1,3-二芳基-2-氧代-5-硫代氧杂吡咯-4-基）苯乙酸或2-（1,3-二芳基-2-氧代5-硫氧杂吡咯-4-基）苯丙酸甲酯。通过X射线晶体分析确定了两种选择的吡咯衍生物的结构。衍生自2-茚满酮的硫酰胺对伯醇显示出意外的反应性，并转化为2-羟基-1 H-茚-3-硫代羧酸O-酯。 图形概要
