AbstractAn efficient one-potsynthesis of 1-carbamatoalkyl-2-naphthols using tin tetrachloride as a catalyst for the three-component condensation reaction of 2-naphthol, aldehydes, and carbamates under thermal, solvent-free conditions is described.
