  Disclosed are curable, solvent or solventless, liquid or solid (powder) film forming polymer compositions, comprising a curable polymer, at least one UV stabilizer and a polymeric hindered amine stabilizer which is the reaction product of with epichlorohydrin and having a molecular weight from 500 to 50,000; with substituents as defined in claim 1. The coatings are useful on wood, plastic or metal, for example in mono-coats and electro-coating (e-coating) systems, stoving lacquers, as for durable automobile finishes, 1K or 2K, low solids, medium solids, and high solids and particularly low level VOC coatings.
