  New stannylboranes were prepared from tetramethylpiperidino dichloroborane or B-bromo-pentamethylborazine with lithium triorganylstannides LiSnR3. Only double stannylation was possible with tmpBCl(2) and LiSnMe3, while tmpBCl(SnPh3) was obtained by employing LiSnPh3.
