The invention provides a novel alkylenediamine derivative which shows a function of relieving urinating contraction.
The novel alkylenediamine derivative of the invention has the following formula (1):
in which R1 is hydrogen, alkyl, halogen, haloalkyl, hydroxyl, alkoxy, nitro, amino, cyano, etc.; R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, etc.,; R3 and R4 each is alkyl, etc., or R3 and R4 may be combined to form a heterocyclic group which may have substituents; k is an integer of 1-4; m and n each is an integer of 0-4; p+q is 0-4 in which p is 0, 1 or 2, and q is 0 or 1; w, x, y and z each is an integer of 0-2, under the condition of w+x+y+z is 1 or 2; and w+x+y+z can be 0, if R1 through R4 are groups within certain determined groups.
