3-巯基喹喔啉-2-甲酸乙酯与苯酰溴、氯乙酸乙酯、氯乙腈或氯丙酮反应得到相应的3-羟基噻吩并[2,3-b]喹喔啉。以2-Cyano-3-hydroxythieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline和2-acetyl-3-hydroxythieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline作为前体合成了一些新型的furo[2',3':4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline,pyrano[2',3':4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoxaline等杂环与噻吩并[2,3-b]喹喔啉融合的系统。研究了一些合成化合物的抗菌和抗真菌活性。
