  Secondary phosphines R2PH [R = Ph(CH2)(2), 4-t-BuC6H4(CH2)(2), 4-MeOC6H4(CH2)(2), 2-Naphth(CH2)(2)] react with two equivalents of elemental selenium under mild conditions (85 C, 3 h, toluene) to afford bis(diorganoselenophosphoryl)selenides (R2PSe)(2)Se in high yields (75-92%).
