  (EN) New fluorine-substituted vitamin D compounds, methods for preparing such compounds and fluorinated intermediate compounds used in such methods. The fluorine-substituted vitamin D compounds of this invention are characterized by vitamin D-like activity in their ability to stimulate intestinal calcium transport and bone mobilization and in promoting the calcification of rachitic bone. These compounds would find ready application as a substitute for the vitamin D compounds in the treatment of disease states evincing calcium-phosphorus unbalance and which may be nonresponsive to normal vitamin D therapy. (FR) Nouveaux composes de vitamine D substitues au fluor, methodes de preparation de tels composes et composes intermediaires fluores utilises dans ces methodes. Les composes de vitamine D substitues au fluor se caracterisent par leur activite identique a celle de la vitamine D pour stimuler le transport de calcium intestinal et la mobilisation osseuse et aider la calcification des os rachitiques. Ces composes peuvent trouver une application comme substitut des composes de vitamine D dans le traitement de maladies temoignant d"un desequilibre de calcium-phosphore et pouvant ne pas etre sensibles a une therapie normale a la vitamine D.
