The palladium(0)-catalyzed allylation reaction of dimethyl 2-fluoromalonate with allylic carbonates proceeds smoothly under neutral conditions to give the SN2 allylation product. However, using the nucleophile NaCF(CO2Et)2 under basic conditions increased the chemical yield. Moreover, the SN2′ allylation product was increased up to 75% yield.
2-氟丙二酸二甲酯与烯丙基碳酸酯的钯(0)催化的烯丙基化反应在中性条件下平稳进行,得到S N 2烯丙基化产物。但是,在碱性条件下使用亲核试剂NaCF(CO 2 Et)2可以提高化学收率。此外,将S N 2'烯丙基化产物增加至高达75%的产率。
