Disclosed are a benzodiazepine compound, its preparation method, and its use in medicine, with same belonging to the chemical and pharmaceutical field. The benzodiazepine compound is a compound represented by Formula I, or a salt thereof. The compound has a good intravenous sedative anesthesia effect, the anesthesia effect being comparable to that of remimazolam and even better than that of remimazolam, particularly noticed in that the effective dose is significantly decreased and that the duration time and recovery time are significantly reduced. At the same time, the recovery quality of the compound is significantly improved compared to remimazolam in rat and mouse caudal venous anesthesia models. During anesthetization, the compound has a rapid onset, a short duration, a quick recovery and a good tolerance, can be used for anesthesia induction, anesthesia maintenance and day surgery anesthesia, and has good application prospects.
