(ii) satisfying 0.001 ≤ (d) / (c) ≤ 0.01 and 0.001 ≤ (e) / (c) ≤ 0.02, when weight percentages derived from Ti, Al and Si elements in X-ray fluorescence analysis are (c) wt%, (d) wt% and (e) wt%, respectively.
